The Crayola Factory

This week for our playgroup we wen to the Crayola Factory. So if you were like me, you would assume this is actually a factory where the crayons are made. It is actually a big tourist trap where they charge you an over-priced admission to let you play with a bunch of Crayola products. On the third level of the Crayola "factory" was a canal museum (which was probably the coolest part, where they had a little canal built and everyone got their own boat to guide along the canal. They taught you how to make the water rise and fall by opening the little doors.

Hey there Matheson family,

I just posted on this over at Christine's coupon blog but I thought I'd drop you a line here...

I'm managing a Huggies CleanTeam contest/product review/giveaway over at the M80 Parents Blog. If you guys are using any of the CleanTeam products and would like a chance to review them or check out some of the other products for free, drop me a line!

Also, I just read a great article in the New York Times about how parents are using MeetUp to coordinate playgroups in their area. The Crayola Factory sounds fun to me but maybe MeetUp will have something that's less of a tourist trap ;-)

I wrote some more thoughts on that here.

Kind regards,

Ethan
