Yep, you read that right. I am going back to school. I am getting my real estate license. I have class Mondays and Wednesday nights 6:30-9:30 until Mid November when I will take 2 state exams. Then I plan to be Todd's Sugar Momma. Someone needs to make money around here! I am a little nervous since it has been 2 years but we should always be learning right?!!

How do you sign up for the classes? Did you find something online or what? We've been thinking about this as well, let me know.
My realtor is mentoring me. She told me what school she went to. She said that brokerages would stand outside her class trying to recruit people so it wasn't hard to get signed on. if you google real estate pre-licensing schools you should find some. The school i'm in is Polley & Associates. Lots of places offer online school, but I was worried I wouldn't find a brokerage as easily. She said figure on $2000 in start up costs including education.
I think we all need to keep learning. Good for you. I keep forgetting to ask how Todd likes school?
