Pretty Ballerina

Here is Sadie right before her first ballet class! She now knows 1st and 2nd position and how to Plie (yes I had to look up how to spell it) and she practices her kicks all day long.

Jace

He is such a calm baby that sleeps most of the day, that I can't hardly get a picture with his eyes open! At his 2 week appointment Jace now weighs a whopping 8lbs 11 oz! This kid is on track to become the biggest of this family!

Projects

While Ivy was here I decided to show my truly boring side of me...crafts!
We made bibs for the kids. Tutorial found HERE.

And I decided to make these fabulous Sunday totes for the girls. Tutorial found HERE. My diaper bag was long ago converted into a Sunday bag for the girls. Now I need by diaper bag back so I decided it was time the girls take responsibilty in getting themselves ready for church by preparing their very own bags for church.

Many of you may remember this picture from my birthday post back in May....

Here is the finished project. Yep, Todd finally finished my birthday present and I love it!

Sadie

Maybe it's because I spend most of my time holding a new born, but Sadie suddenly seems so old to me. She would hold her brother all day long if I let her! Everyone needs a Sadie around the house after giving birth! This one has been so easy because I have so much help. Yesterday she told me that she would hold Jace while I took a nap and that she would wake me up when he gets hungry! (Yes, she made that necklace all by herself. She is so proud and wears it everyday!)

This is a hat I made for Sadie Sunday night, right before I went into labor. I love it! While taking these pictures I realized how much Sadie looks just like me when I was younger!

Jace Todd Matheson

Jace Todd Matheson was born at 2:34 pm on Monday. We might have waited slightly too long to go to the hospital this time and had him an hour after we arrived at the hospital. I was dilated to a 5 when we are arrived and 45 minutes later I was a 10! The nurses were rushing around in shock trying to prepare everything quick enough. Here are a few pictures for now and will post more later.
